Susan’s work focuses on human development topics within project, sector, and thematic evaluations.  She led IEG’s evaluation of the World Bank’s support for Basic Education and Early Childhood Development and is currently the Coordinator for IEG’s validation of Implementation Completion Results Reports for Education, HNP, and Social Protection Global Practices.

In her previous work, she was a senior evaluator with the American Institutes for Research.  She has also been a teacher and school administrator. She received her EdD from The George Washington University in Washington DC and her Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
