As Manager of Knowledge Management and Communications, Sabine oversees communications, learning, data strategy and infrastructure, and knowledge management for IEG. She leads an innovative team whose work program contributes to IEG’s impact by ensuring that its knowledge is accessible and evaluation insights reach their intended audiences. Sabine is also a member of IEG’s senior leadership team which helps implement IEG’s strategic vision and advance corporate priorities.

Sabine, a French national, has more than 20 years of development experience. She joined the International Finance Corporation, the private investment arm of the World Bank Group, in 2000 as a Strategy Officer. She held various leadership roles across IFC, including advisory services on HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, knowledge and change management, Board relations, and Policies & Procedures.

Prior to joining IFC, Sabine worked in the private sector in Europe and the USA on business development in emerging markets, scenario planning, mergers and acquisitions, and competitive analysis. Sabine holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
