Fang Xu worked seven years in the Bank’s infrastructure operation unit before she joined IEG three years ago. Prior to being recruited by the Bank as a Young Professional in 2006, she worked three years in the Central Government and five years in Shanghai Municipal Government, China.

Fang holds a Ph.D. in International Finance from Shanghai Fudan University in China and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School
