Jennifer has worked across the World Bank Group, as a Lead Economist in IFC’s Economics and Private Sector Development Vice Presidency, conceptualizing and leading IFC's flagship report series Creating Markets, and prior to that was a Lead Economist in the World Bank's Macroeconomics, Trade and Investment Global Practice (MTI), where she managed MTI’s  strategy and operations and led the practice’s knowledge and learning program. She has a long experience working on country diagnostic analysis, including leading or contributing to Country Economic Memoranda, jobs diagnostics, and SCDs throughout Africa, ECA and Latin America.
