Olivia is an Analyst in IEG’s Methods Advisory. She supports methodological advisory services, including providing both embedded and specific implementation support for evaluations. She also supports the creation of data science and methodological innovations in evaluation, incorporating text, image, and AI components.

Prior to joining the World Bank, Olivia led global trade analysis with the UK Civil Service. With eight years of experience, she previously worked with consultancies, the British High Commission in Singapore, and the BBC News. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from McGill University.
