Ananda is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience across private financial sector with in-depth understanding of multilateral financing strategies, operations and instruments.

At IEG, Ananda is the Global sector lead for Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Services overseeing evaluation work for IFC and MIGA projects in these sectors.

Prior to joining IEG in 2021, he had a successful track record of more than a decade in IFC in multiple roles in investment operations including working in IDA and frontier markets as well as large middle-income countries across regions. In the initial years of his career, Ananda worked in investment and commercial banking in Asia.

Ananda holds Masters degrees in Rural management  from Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
