Under President Jim Kim, the World Bank Group has launched a sweeping and unprecedented change management agenda. The key pillars of this change agenda are strategic focus and growth, talent and people, knowledge, client impact and results, risk, accountability, and leadership. To this end, the Bank Group is committed to create an aligned and more relevant institution, establish a culture of informed risk-taking and risk management, and strengthen focus on client demand and impact.

IEG has been contributing to the change management agenda by distilling lessons learned from IEG evaluations that cover World Bank operations, knowledge, and corporate strategy and processes.
