IEG conducts a client survey periodically to gather opinions on the quality and impact of their evaluations to help obtain feedback on our clients' general awareness and attitudes toward IEG, assess our products and services in line with IEG's results framework, and share research findings with key stakeholders (including IEG management and the World Bank Group Board) as an assessment of our effectiveness.

Insights from the annual client survey help IEG improve our results framework, inform strategic decision-making, and anticipate demand for services.
